My first field trip entering Upward bound was when I went to the UC Irvine, freshman retreat. It was so fun, but I was also scared at the same time because being scared of heights gets in the way of being able to complete obstacle courses. The obstacle course was frightening and involved zip lining, and working together as a group.We were divided in groups of 8 people,the point of working as a team was to learn that since were all different,helps because we all have different ideas and opinions, so if we work together we can express what we think should be the next step. Unfortunately,I did not complete the course because I did the worst thing a person could do I looked down at the ground.
This trip was fun! I hope you also had fun.
